Hi my name is Joseph Edward Zalewski most people call me Jumbo Joe which is my nickname. I am rather new to the Country Music scene have only been listening to Country Music for about 3 to 4 years now. And I absolutely love it I have been known to do some line dancing every once in a while. Something people might not know about me is when I am not on the Radio talking Sports or Country music. Goodbye Barn Yard Radio 

Well what a journey this has been. Where to start well 1st I have some people to thank. I want to thank everyone at the Illinois Media School Pete Ferreri, Imran Ali, Candi Gomez, George Norwood, and Emily Petty for all allowing me to bring the greatest music you have never heard on Barn Yard Radio. It has been one heck of a journey but this chapter is closing as of today Barn Yard Radio is closing its doors. I have become more and more busy to the point where I cannot continue to do the show. I want to thank you for allowing me to come on theedgeonair.com and bring you fun wacky topics along while rocking to some awesome country artists. Speaking of which I would like to thank all the artist who allowed me to interview them from The Tin Ma, Leah Turner, Rachele Lynae, Maggie Rose, Diamond Dixie, Diana Upton Hill, Charlie Farley, Adam Searan, Jericho Woods, Ty Bates, Lance Carpenter, The Darlins, Laura McCormick, Bailey James, Gunnar and the Grizzly Boys, the Morrison brothers Band, Lockwood Barr, Corey Jackson, Sam Brooker, Sylvia Hutton, Mickey Lamantia and Shooter Jennings. Stanley Cup Playoffs  

The Chicago Blackhawks have made it 9 straight times to the Stanley Cup playoffs. They open up the 2017 playoffs taking on the Nashville Predators Thursday at 7:00 CT. Blackhawks finished the season 1st in the West. The only team who has won the Stanley Cup in the west currently in the playoffs is the Ducks. That was nearly a decade ago. So it is clear this is the Blackhawks conference to win or lose. They are the most playoff tested. They Are looking for their 4th Stanley Cup in 9 years. April is here and I am so excited for the Playoff to start. #GoBlackhawks #OneGoal #2017NHLPlayoffs

3 tips to getting that summer body you want  

Summer is right around the corner. I always hear everyone talking about getting that summer body. So here are 3 simple steps to help you get that summer body.  

1)  Drink water 

If you cut out soda and alcohol and drink water I can guarantee you will see a huge difference. Water is such a good source for us I mean our body is made up of mostly water. They say you should drink about a gallon a day. Which is like 8 bottles of water.  

2) Portions 

Cut your portions in half. In the US especially our portion sizes are way too large. So say for lunch or dinner you eat 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches cut that in half only have one. It seems like something small. This is such a huge part ask anyone who works out. They will tell you your diet and what you eat is far more important than any exercise. 

3) Exercise 

Exercise is a big part. It depends what you want your summer body to look like if you are looking for that tone look lift lighter weights with more sets example curls do 3 sets of like 20 times with a set of 20 lbs dumbbells. If you are looking to lose weight cardio, cardio, cardio. Try doing some cardio if you can do about 30 minutes of cardio a day it will help. Also look up some abb routines on YouTube or Instagram. I do this all the time it is such a big help.  

So in closing if you drink water and cut out soda and alcohol, cut your portions in half and exercise. You should be well on your way to getting that summer body. It does take time it can be hard but if you want it but in the work. Come summer you will be looking mighty fine.
