Colee Royce first knew he had a love and passion for entertaining ever since he was chosen to play the lead roll of Johnny Appleseed at Meadowview elementary school in Woodridge, Il. This created his thirst for the stage where he continued to perform in church, his high school choir, select chamber choirs, musicals, bands and as far as acting in the 20th Century Fox TV pilot Ride-Along.

Colee Royce kicked off his music career in the club scene while living in Europe as a pop rock artist with the smooth soulful voice breaking into electronic music at full speed.

Back then known as MC Colee, he was able to grace the stage with such artists as Bob Sinclair, Loco Dice, Phil Fuldner, Richard Dorfmeister, Stereotyp, dj Rush, Lexy & K-Paul, Westbam, Chris Liebing, Afrika Islam, Milk & Sugar and many more.

His music career was skyrocketing in diverse areas such as house, deep house, techno, tech house, trance, hard trance, electro, downtempo, dub, rock, future jazz, experimental, pop & soul. Unfortunately, his personal life was taking some drastic hits.  Finally after the loss of an unborn child he fell into such a deep depression that he ended up leaving Europe and returning to his hometown of Chicago with no desire to even listen to music again.

His absence continued until he received an email containing a Youtube video of David Guetta at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami Florida playing the acapella of Colee Royce’s voice on “In the Beginning” by Da Hool and Bruckheimer.  This inspired him to return to his musical journey but also ignited a spark for Radio and voice over.

In 2013, Colee was asked to read commercials in spanish for a Spanish Radio show on SlamInternetRadio where the station owner saw talent the first day and invited Colee to start his own show, The Colee Royce Show.  After a few years and some networking Colee was scouted out by a host on IntellectualRadio.com which is an IHeartRadio station.  From there he continued to learn and gain more knowledge under the station owner Earl Winfrey (graduate of IMS) and interview guest such as Actress Tamara Feldman (Smallville/Gossip Girl), Tony Todd (Candyman, Final Destination, Transformers), Richard Pryor Jr, YuTsai (Celebrity Photographer/ANTM), Members of the Grammy winning Rap group “Bone Thugs-N-Harmony” (Bizzy Bone, Layzie Bone, Flesh-N-Bone,WishBone), Hip Hop group “Crucial Conflict”, retired NFL player Jeff Rohrer (Cowboys) and more!

2017 became not only the year of the TRUMP but the year Colee Royce made the conscious decision to go back to school and enrolled in the IllinoisMediaSchool.

He is fascinated with the talent and creativeness of the individuals that make up a global movement of trendsetters both in the entertainment world and society as a whole.

As a Radio Personality & Host, Actor, Singer, Dancer, DJ, Recording & Voiceovers artist and former promoter, Colee has become the ultimate insider and is making his way to your ears and eyes whether it be TV or Radio. Look forward to some exciting entertainment!

Sam Elliot, at it again!

On a trip in Los Angeles and ran into the fabulous actor, dad and gentleman, “Sam Elliot”.  He first came out of the Tea shop, we made eye contact and nodded.  Then quietly inside I freaked out like, “Oh SH*T, was that SAM ELLIOT? DAMN, I love “RoadHouse”, “Tombstone”…and wow, dad loves him too!”  So I got up and walked around over to him and literally as i was approaching him about 7 feet away, the great Sam Elliot stands up and reaches out his hand and says “Hello BROTHER”, in that natural Elliot voice.  We shook hands, talked for 10 mins, he gave me his agents contact info and I left.  Go out and see “THE HERO” everyone, I believe this will be his biggest role ever!  Come on Academy Awards!!!

What a down to earth human being, proud of you Mr. Elliot and congrats on “THE RANCH” AND “THE HERO”.

BTW… keep your mind on clean thoughts, that’s his lovely daughter(she is super cool!)
