Jamie Foxx & Katie Holmes have finally gone public!! They were spotted on a romantic getaway over the holiday weekend in Malibu. The alleged couple has denied rumors for years about being together. Is it because Katie was bound by a 5 year 'No Public Dating' clause that she agreed to in her Pre-Nup with Tom Cruise?? Or maybe Katie is the real reason why Tom & Jamie's 'Bromance' went south....
