Rapper Prodigy one half of the New York Hip Hop group Mobb Deep has died at the age of 42. The rapper has been dealing with sickle cell anemia since birth and often spoke about it in interviews and his music. Following a performance in Las Vegas the rapper was hospitalized do to complications with his sickle cell. Tuesday morning the artist was pronounced dead the cause of death has yet to be determined R.I.P. Prodigy
